Hacking Supercard and SS help

Alright I have the latest version of EOS I believe for my Supercard.

I try to run ss and it starts but once I get to the load screen I click and the screen goes black then restarts the rom.

I have reput the rom on my card and same results.
I have played it before.

Should I get another rom, I have xenophobia's I believe.

What is the proper save size, its on 512k I believe.
