Gaming Super Smash Bros update

Hi all, i've downloaded 3ds Super Smash Bros, already with update 1.1.7 and DLC from PIRACY SITE.
It should be the latest update, but when i run the game, it keeps asking for another update, and i can't connect to network due to that.
What is missing?

Are you sure both are for the same region?

that really doesnt mean much.in the data management. does the game and update have the same TID for them?

No, it's just one file. The file i downloaded it's like this:

SSB-_WITH-UPD117_DLC_-EUR-CIA-RF-Ziperto.rar

No, it's just one file. The file i downloaded it's like this:

That sounds like either a cia made for citra or something else. There should be 2 files. one for the game, one for the update. There is not a update one present which is why the game says there is still a update to do.

Ok, so i got the game working with the update, it's all good with that.
But i can't play online, it keeps saying "you can't play online without agreeing to the Nintendo 3DS service user agreement".
But i do accept when it asks, so i don't understand why at the end, it keeps telling me this?

you probably have the wrong region either that or you have to use a tool to accept the eula in all of the regions. Wait, so can you play after you accept the eula or not?

if this does not work it could be a bad dump. I use a gamecart so i havent had this issue but i did in Mario maker and it was a bad cia
