Hardware Super Paper Mario (PAL) problems

I've been playing Super Paper Mario on my D2All chip recently. It works fine, on all parts that I have got up to so far, except in Merlee's Mansion. When I talk to Mimi, at one exact stage in the conversation all the time, my wii freezes. My wii suddenly becomes noisy, as the wii struggles to read the disk. I have to hold the power button for around 5 seconds before the wii switches off. I am currently on 3.3E. I have reburnt the disk, and the exact same thing happens.

maybe you have a bad iso or it could be your media. im on the fifth pure heart and have had no issues with the game. im using verbatim dvd-r and it was burned with imgburn at 4x. also, my wii is 3.2u and the game is ntsc.
