Dear gamers,

I am pleased to announce the first release of my new Super Mario Maker 2 save file editor for Windows, Linux and MacOS.
It can be found on Github:

https://github.com/Tarnadas/smmdb-client

This software lets you directly download courses from SMMDB:

https://smmdb.net

SMMDB is a cross-platform course sharing platform for Super Mario Maker (2) and there are already over 16k uploaded courses. A daily cronjob automatically detects new uploads from Tinfoil and adds them to the site as well, but there are also many courses, that don't exist on Tinfoil.
It also has automatic duplicate course detection and prevents uploading such courses.

The save file editor should theoretically automatically detect your Yuzu save folder and show you a button on startup. I might still need to add support for other unusual save folder locations, e.g. if you are on Linux and installed Yuzu via Snap, it won't yet work.

MacOS is currently untested so please open an issue on Github, if there are any problems.

This software is currently in a pre-release phase and things need to be stabilized. There are also many features, that I want to implement. You can check the Github issue tracker for that.
