Super a'can game editor?

The super a'can games are released as .bin files, are there any ways to at least open them and edit the text? Son of evil interests me particularly as I played it when I was younger, but don't have the cartridge anymore.

Anyone? Even an application that can open the language files of a .bin file might work. At least I think so.

I'm not too familiar with the Super A'Can, and modding it, but you maybe able to find some text strings if you view the rom with a hex editor like HxD. I do remember that you can also change the sprites by viewing the rom in a tile editor like Tile Molestor, or YYCHR.
Back to the text editing, I'm figuring out a way to look through the rom to find the text more easily with that hex editor.
