Alright dsrules' codes work!
It turns out the Exp Multiplier that is in the (U) cheats is the (E) one .. so, just open up R4CEE, open up the multiplier cheats, look at the end of the first set of numbers and replace the last 2 digits with A0. All of them should work after that. ^^

it depends on which monsters you fight and the level you're at,
example: when you're at Level 1, beat 3 monsters with 4 characters at the beginning of the game, you get 300 exp each....and if you beat the same set of monsters when you're at level 12, you get like 6 EXPs each compared to 300

EDIT: yes like dsrules explain the higher your level is the same monster will give you lesser EXP!
