Homebrew SUBMITTING A CUSTOM THEME REQUEST!

I have a couple of images that I want someone to make me into custom themes for my 3ds. I'm also willing to offer $10-15 after I get my themes as thanks!

Making a theme is really, really easy though, I wouldn't pay (so much) money for one

Maybe follow this tutorial? With Usagi 3DS Theme Maker, themes are very easy to make.

why not make single image themes? and as for sound I don't need them
