ROM Hack Su/Mo Randomizer Trainers help

So I did everything to randomize the Wild mons, trainers and static mons and put the effected files in the right folder in the SaltySD folder. But for some reason the trainers pokemon won't randomize.... help
So if anyone could directly help me here or link me to a GOOD tutorial (preferably written) on how to do it!
I'm running Pokemon Sun v1.0 and the latest version of luma3ds.
