Hello,

I'm really at a loss here. I have a brand new (one-week old) Blue Switch Lite from Gamestop. Ever since updating to 10.0.1 from 10.0.0 I've been having an incredible amount of problems consisting of very frequent console (not game) crashes at random whenever the system is charging in sleep mode. This morning, the screen even turned orange for the first time, but a restart was able to remedy that.

In an attempt to fix all of this, I initialized the console without deleting save-data. Now, the switch seems to be stuck in "airplane mode". This is evidenced by the console not being able to find any WiFi connections at all, despite being connected just before the initialization. Animal Crossing can no longer be played because a game update is required, so I tried to manually update it locally with another switch, but I get an error telling me to turn off airplane mode. Airplane mode was never on to begin with. No amount of hard resets, turning airplane mode on and off, factory resetting, normal restarting, etc, has helped. The console continues to think it's in a fake airplane mode.

To top it off, all error codes I've ever gotten throughout this nightmare seem to just not exist? They must be brand new to 10.0.1 because they can't be found anywhere online, including Nintendo's own site.

I'm not really sure what anyone here knows, I guess I'm really searching for a miracle. But, obviously, the reality of the situation is I'll most likely have to either get a new Switch and start Animal Crossing from scratch, or wait indefinitely for repair centers to open?
