ROM Hack Streetpass Hack (2018)?

I lost my first 3DS a while back and only recently replaced it. Apparently Streetpass data is not tied to do SD card nor your NNID so I was SOL when I realized my years of tags were gone forever. To make things worse apparently the Relay feature has been discontinued as well

So do any hacks/exploits for Streetpass still exist? I'd prefer to find one that doesn't require Homebrew, but if that's all that's all there is then I'll consider it as a last resort.

What do you mean hacks that dont include homebrew? There is nothing that i know of that doesnt require hb or cfw for mii plaza data. As of when the relays went down. homepass did get screwed.

Yikes. I was afraid of that. Specifically, I'm just looking for a way to spoof tags/ edit save data for the plaza games. Is there a Homebrew hack or CFW that can do that? As a note my 3DS is on the latest firmware.

I run PiPass on my Raspberry Pi. I took that to work for a few days and my mate went from almost having 0 street passes, to getting all puzzle swap pieces in a couple of days. You will have enough street passes to play all the mini games as much as you like.

Oh when did it shut down? We did this early January this year and I must admit i've not used it since then.
