HAI, I wonder is there HOMEBREW app that would allow me to stream SWITCH gameplay TO my computer.
I was searching for answer for three month, but every answer sounded like "Attach an capture card!", "Hold screenshot button to capture your vids!", "Use your phone to capture your vids!" Or even "How to stream PC to switch!"
Is there HOMEBREW app that would allow me to stream SWITCH gameplay TO pc, just like on 3DS with it kitkat, snickerstream or something like that?

Three months passed and answer is still the same: no.

Stop being cheap and just buy a freaking elgato capture card.
I live in ukraine and there isn't shops that would sell capture cards. So this is why am I searching for answer.

Welp, it seems that I should create something myself, thankfully I know VB.NET, C++ and C#, so this shouldn't be a problem.

Thx for the answers, btw

It’d probably be a sysmodule, and sysmodules only have a few megabytes of ram to work with, that might be a problem ;)

This made sense on the 3DS which required hardware mods to get content onto the PC. But switch outputs via standard HDMI when docked so the usual HDMI capture cards/devices can be used. There's not much incentive for homebrewers to make what you are looking for and I'm not surprised it's not a thing yet. :P

you can..

1. optain/get "Elgato Game capture HD" (the onboard/card or the capture module)
2. There is already a hbApp (like for the n3dsXl), im not sure where i found it,but i know,it exists..
3. (Not effective, but it works too), press and hold your screenshot-button, take 30sec movies of your gameplay, and then cut/edit it on your pc/laptop...

Lmao dude don't be mad when other people such as @Draxzelex point out you are providing people misleading info man, it just proof that you don't know shit. There is no software base to do video capture on the switch right now, best thing he can do is use an real capture card like Elgato, too bad there is no third party shop that does capture card installation like Loopy / Katsukity for the switch.

Im not saying it is not possible , at this point there isn't one so what is your point, since the switch can output video, you can connect that output it to a monitor for gameplay and connect another end to a computer for video capturing. For the vita it is displaying output to a raspberry pi or a PC by using a plugin on the vita.
