Not native on switch but you can download using Android OS get about the same

Yes, you can get the Plex on Nintendo Switch. It is not available Officially. So You can use the Hidden Browser and get it on your Console. It is Pretty easy to do.
Change the DNS from Auto to Manual.
Access the Browser.
