Hacking stream files

I have looked in the forums but i haven't seen any thing about streaming music to the ds from a computer. i just want to know is there a program and is it possible
(not interested in internet based streaming)

You can't not have internet streaming. Thats how it works. I remember reading something about using the Winamp shoutcast broadcast system and then you use a browser on your ds to recieve the stream.
