Hacking strange wii problem

my wii does not load wii backups and original except tatsunoku vs capcom backup launcher gives a error 324.
the originals games on the disc channel gives a error"Please turn off your wii read the instruction manual".
gamecube backups works.
anyone knoes the problem.
my wii is 4.0 updated with waninkoko firmware updater.
i have CIOS rev 10.
