Hacking Strange finding on sky3ds

I just wrote animal crossing HHD on my sky3ds sdcard. Yes. It has AP check and it doesn't show on my N3DS 9.9. But the strange thing is that the game title shows on my O3ds 4.5 on SYSNAND!! And obviously asks me to update to be able to play the game.
I tried to install ninjhax 1.1b but it gives me black screen if I change the game. So, I couldn't check if hans can work with it.
What do you think,guys? could this leads us to AP removal on new firmware?

nope, unless the game was compatible with a FW below 9.6.....which i guess is possible, basically for sky3DS users on 9.3-9.5 it *MAY* let them play AP games by bypassing the update,anything below that and they could use CFW,anything above that and the system is AP aware

Yeah. I know. But the thing is, the title screen shows in 4.5 sysnand. It doesn't show on 9.9.

as i said, anything above 9.5 and the 3DS is AP aware and ready to block that shiz

wow. Now I regret having updated my N3ds from 9.5

it may not work still.....if you could, update your o3DS to 9.2, then try to launch the game via hans with no CFW....it may or may not work, but the usability/usefulness would be limited tp 9.3-9.5 users only really

give the normal region free launcher a go too, just to rule out any issues there

Stuck on black screen. I'll just get FE. I am almost sure it'll work.

Yeah. They added them a few days after they got released. You can check their template and see the title IDs right there.

ok just checking, i dont have one so dont really follow i all too much,last time i heard there just werent adding them for games using the new AP

Just tried Fire Emblem If Special Edition. Title shows but the game won't boot under hans nor regionfree launcher.

You can get the icon to even show up? o.o What template file are you using? I can't make it show up through HBL even..

The icon will show in older firmwares. I just used a normal template from sky website.
