ROM Hack Stopping the noob invasion

Why not make it so they can't post for the first couple of weeks after registering?
This would force the noobs to read the posts and use the search tool rather than just ask the same question over and over again.

Actually you don't apply to the noob category I was referring too. If any one wanting things that don't exist started to learn how to do it by themselves like you do, this board would have a lot more great content
