Hardware Stock Speed of CPU/GPU/BUS?!

I´ve googled but the only information i find is about the CPU, some people say 266mhz and some 333mhz.

Increased battery life.
The vita already doesn't have amazing battery life, with a higher clock speed it would be worse...
