I don't know.
I beat the game.
To my understanding, there's "fake" Andross, which reveals itself to me a robot in the second half of the battle when it's skin gets blown off, and then there's "true" Andross, where in the second half of the battle reveals himself to be a giant brain and two eyes.
What? O_O
How do you get to this
OTHER ONE
?

You have to get on the left most side of path (the red path) assuming it is exactly the same as the 64 version.

Yeah, I think you got to Sector Y or Sector Z or whichever sector you don't get to normally via flying through 4 warp gates.

It took me a few attempts to go down the correct route to unlock every level, but after that it still has a good replay value for the Score Battles and the like.

The point of Starfox 64 isn't to beat the story, but to get the high score so to speak. Multiple paths, unlocking medals, etc. There's even a hard mode when you basically perfect every level of the game. Never got there my self, but hey, it's still a fun game.

Just missing one thing though... online multiplayer. That would have made the game all the more fun in my opinion.
