Hacking Starfall: Downgrade and then upgrade again?

I'm downgrading my Wii's firmware, from 3.3 to 3.2 using cIOS downgrader to install starfall. Once I install starfall, can I upgrade back to 3.3? Is there a chance of any problems arise from upgrading?

And, could someone please explain the recovery mode option to me a bit? I've lurked around. Basically, if I become banner bricked, I autoboot Twilight Princess and run twilight hack, then uninstall the bad .wad? I don't have a copy of TP, I just rented it to install homebrew channel etc. Would a new retail copy of TP still be able to run the TP hack?

No. If you install Starfall patches on 3.2 and then upgrade to 3.3, the patches will no longer work. What would be the point upgrading back to 3.3? 3.3 can't do anything that 3.2 can't.
