Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 hitting this fall

The force will be with you this fall.

LucasArts has revealed the released date for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II on its Facebook page. The game will ship on Oct 26th, 2010 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PSP, DS, Wii, and PC.

The game was first announced during the Spike TV Video Game Awards earlier this year. Not much is known about the story, but an early teaser trailer revealed the main character from the first game would be making a return.

Glad to see PSP listed because the last one did a really good job reproducing the consoles. The only problem I had was that it was short and didn't have any reason to play more than once because it was entirely linear. I wish they would take a few notes from KOTOR and give it some replayability.
