I've always wondered if this would work with Glovepie and Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy. I mean I know it wouldn't be like *really* moving a lightsaber (since there are predefined swings etc) but its stil gota pretty cool no?

That what I wanted!!

I just started playing Lego Star Wars yesterday. Gotta say that it's been a real blast playing it.

Anyways, I wouldn't be too worried about that. I mean, Lego Star Wars isn't the only Star Wars game in the works, just the only one that's already been announced for Wii I believe. Could be a version of The Force Unleashed in development for Wii for all we know. Or yes, it could still be Lego Star Wars but hell. It's better than nothing.

There are a REAL LIGHTSABER game for Wii... Back on these days when came out the Wii (and before, too) I heard there will be a game about a Lightsaber game for Wii!

I've got a nephew that's gonna cream his pants when he hears about this. I mean, we always figured it was gonna happen, but now we have a confirmation.

Didn't one of the Ninty bigwigs actually go to Lucas and personally ask for this? It was only a matter of time.

Why don't you guys try Die By The Sword with glovepie? I don't have a wii but I guess it would work out, it has a vsim control, you swing the sword using the mouse, it's quite fun even though its so old
