Star Wars themed Battleship game for DS

space1's entry in the 2008 NeoFlash Spring Competition.
The game is like the classic board game, Battleship, except Star Wars themed.

Cool ... you do now that I am expecting to here James Earl Jones' voice complaining when I destroy a ship, right?

Anything less than that equals instant fail.

I don't understand the obsession with Star Wars..

Nice to see a battleship homebrew though.

"Real" Star Wars, as in the 1st three movies, is an understandable obsession, if, like me, you lined up outside a cinema to see them, when they were first released in 1977, 1980 & 1983.

The younger folks, who often only know those feeble prequels, usually don't 'get' it.

Been there dude, I was 5 when the first one was released and saw all three or 4, 5, 6 on the first day. Battleship and Star Wars mixed? heaven

Does somebody request these to be shown here on gbatemp or is it simply JPH's and Urza's will what they put here? Because there are still quite some releases from the compo missing.

Played it a little during lunch, slick game. Great sound, controls are cool too. I can't figure out when I completely sink or blow up the Empires Tie Fighter or Star Destroyer to look for the other ships. And as many times they hit my ships, I'd still beat them in the shoot out. How do I beat the game and how do they kill me off?
