ROM Hack SSB4 deleted after nand restore

My 2ds bricked (don't ask how/why cause people are gonna call me stupid) good thing I have a nand backup and a9lh so hourglass9 restored my NAND.bin updated to sysnand 11.0.0 SOME of my cias are still on the home screen according to bbm everything is there trying to launch ones that aren't on the home screen results in SD card has been removed? I don't want to go back a reinstall smash4!
