Square's new mysterious game!

Well from the pic we can see it has a huge dragon, and some human character riding it.
Judging from the style I'd say it's Final Fantasy Tactics related.
It also has a huge timer and 4.
Some people say it's some SaGa game, like Romancing SaGa 4, which I highly doubt from the art style.
Square-Enix also registered 4 Warriors of Light in Japan, which is obviously related to FF

Your thoughts?

But DQ uses Akira Toriyama for it's art.
And this looks a lot like whatever is the name of FFT\FFTA\FFTA2's artist work.

The artwork definitely looks like a Final Fantasy Tactics game. But you never know, it could be a SaGa game though I've never seen any SaGa artwork.

That dragon has really small arms. It can't be a FFI remake. Mainly because they don't have people riding dragons with swords x).

And a Tactics sequel? Can't happen either. They got no people riding dragons once again. But who knows... They could've added them.

I think it is something with the FFTA universe... Could be a spinoff of chrystal defenders, FF XII, etc...
though I hope it's something entirely new!
I don't think the artowork look too much like vagrant story, the character... no...

cute is not what ds older audience would LOVE but still the 4 warriors need to ramp up their action in order to attract ppl
P.S - FF 1,5 and 6 can be remade on the DS like FF4 but totally if everything is possible... there is no doubt that there is no better remake than ff7 (even if u shave many things off) cuz the game is not that huge so as not to be made for the ds (70hrs max with all stuff found)

I whole heartedly agree, the crystal themed games, the ff remakes all with 'cute vision'.... please, let's see some variety on the DS. Now that Vagrant story art work, as an older gamer that'll peak my interest, in fact I'm off to google that game now to see what system it was on.

As to the game, "4 Warriors of Light", then a FF1 spinoff?

I think the GB Final Fantasy Legend all used 4 chars... been years so I can't remember if they were warriors of light... There were also only 3 released so this could be a 4th one just now with a new name if it keeps the same battle system, eating meat to evolve monsters, parts for robots (always enjoyed that system)? But a wikipedia check shows several of the SaGa games....

Then with the dragon riding reference, that's from the SNES Seiken Densuitsu (sp?)/Secret of Mana series, and there were 3 of those too if the 4 had multiple meanings... but those had 3 chars...
