I thought the offline mean without internet connection. I thought that when callie and marie present the stage Splatoon stay online 100%

Splatoon only connects once online when it shows the Splatoon splash screen. I know this because once I loaded it and then when I got to the start screen where it shows Inkopolis, I disconnected my router and it still showed the news. Afterwards it said I was offline when I tried to go into the shops or into the Lobby.

Level editing is a bit more sketch, but as long as you don't go from like 1 to 50 I think you'd be good.

I'm pretty sure to do that hack it requires Cafiine, and you have to swap a weapon's special with the Rainmaker itself... It's completely broken though, as shown in the video ( at least for In the training room as far as I know )

As long as its the Safe Octoling hax where it turns all girl Inklings into Octolings, and I think without the Octopus form.

ok, so all i did was unlock everything, and make myself become an Octoling (every female inkling is also octoling) + octopus form instead of squid, that should be safe right?

I figured that that was what caused the Unsafe Octoling hax, but if someone can confirm that Octopus form is safe, than all is good.

I think they are extremely high, I've heard several stories of players getting permanently banned for using hacks even in Private.

There is no difference. Same chances as when playing an online public match. You could do splitscreen

From personal experience, I think that it is save.
And yes, you will still get your level rewards. Whenever you talk to Judd he checks your inventory. If you don't have the level reward of a level you have passed he will give it to you.
