Other players cannot see the Octoling because the hack is client-side, meaning that only you can see it.

I don't know about your second question though. :/

I used SARCTools to extract the Static.Pack file from my Splatoon dump of 2.10.
There are mainly these 2 file types that I cannot open/know how to open:
.byaml
.params

Any help?

.params = text file.
Can Open Notepad.

.byaml
yamlconv.exe convert to xml or byaml file.
But it's impossible to edit freely because yamlconv.exe is incomplete.

You are later XD I had answered it in private and we can do it because there is an "unofficial" version of yamlconv.exe that can convert Splatoon byaml files

If anyone is able to find the weapon's hex I'll release some of my hacks which ive made:

-Inf Ammo
-1 Hit kill
-Multiple Lines of ink being shot at once

Just asking, but will these hacks be made public or will be private for only certain users?

I really hope that those aren't released, I don't want tons of hackers running around. The current public hacks are good enough, they are mostly cosmetic so they don't ruin the game, but those hacks would seriously downgrade Splatoon's experience.

Very true, and Nintendo has been good at banning hackers in the past, however even having the option available that people can take advantage can be detrimental to the online experience. New players that come across hackers in the first games they play may be detered away from the game. As IOSU gets released and a possible way to unban consoles is released, more and more people will use these hacks.

Nothing good can come from these hacks being released, only bad things.
