Yes. It's easier to do many things via file edits than via codes in splatoon, at least in my opinion.

Open the Message Archive for your language(it's SARC in szs if remember correctly), use MSBT Editor Reloaded to edit the strings and repack them with SARCTools.
Funny thing: Try looking into FriendPresence, it contains the strings that get send to the people in your friend list when you're playing online, so you can write little messages.

I don't think that could actually be a bannable subject though, but be careful. Can't you remove posts?

All I could think of is that your router is blocking it?

What fixed it for me was suing Python 27 instead of any other version, but it could also be the wrong IP, as you need to edit the file first, etc.

Replace the changed value for one below the limit in increments of 500 and play a turf war. Just happened to me.
