if you have a downgraded browser, you can (unless of course, you're already on 9.2.)

I'm in 9.2 sysnand and emunand (gateway and rxTools) in the last version but with the downgraded browser. Im asking this because in gateaway mode I cant do dumps/load codes, but in 2.4 rxTools I can. But before using rxTool version 2.5.2 I want to know if this works too. Thanks for the answer.

It works, even in GW emunand for me. I use http://dukesrg.no-ip.org/3ds/ to dump and http://lunarcookies.github.io/cheat.html to inject

Seriously my 3DS hates me!!! I did every thing for the whole day, but can't happen to make this working for me.
Day 1 3DS with Sysnand 4.5U and :
*First, update Emunand to 9.8 with Gateway then download bigbluemenu.3ds then install bigbluemenu.cia and devmenu2.x (the only one I found so far) . Downgrade the browser from a youtube link file with Devmenu and also from 3DNUS separately.Both keep freezing the 3ds either for dumping ram or injecting cheat code(both arcode.bin method or the QR code(binless)).
*second, format emunand, then download Lord_of_Magna_Maiden_Heaven_3DS-VENOM, load on gateway, boot gateway by holding UP, open the rom, then update to 9.4 that popup from the rom. Then try both dumping and injecting. Same result(freeze, wait 15min then hard power off like always).
*format emunand again, download only the update 9.2 and 9.4 from a website I cannot put here, extract each DL in separate folder that has lot of cia file. Install all cia file from 9.2 with L+R+A in bigblueMenu from emunand GW4.5. At some point, BigblueMenu skip some cia because it said it already exit. 9.4 install show as 9.2 and 9.2 install show as 9.0 in the emunand for some reason. So try as it and 3DS freeze like the same. Open Devmenu and install 0004003000009402.cia (4096) alone, try again, 3ds frozen. Format emunand with the 9.2 update after by doing the same process: same result.
* Format emunand and do all the previous process again but this time , use BigblueMenu to delete 9402 browser then use Devmenu to install it back. Get same result for dump or both injection methods.

So I am wondering what is going wrong here.
Is there a way to check that my browser is at fault or not, like use the same exploit but this time by showing an Hello word or something just to see the browser is OK.
By the way I also check my browser version after I did installation with Devmenu and it say 1.7567 which I believe is the right version.
So basically, I passed the whole day yesterday putting my 3DS upside down with the same exact result each time.
PS:
Got a 64GB premium SDcard formated into fat32, thought that could be the cause so tried the origanal 2GB 3ds card, Did all the previous steps again( yeah I know I format my emunand like 100 times) but same things.
Any other ideas or should I throw my 3ds by the window???? This is so frustrating!!!

Did...did you try deleting history and cookies first, then letting it load the Nintendo webpage, then trying to inject or dump?

In all seriousness though, it plainly works for my on 4.2 sysnand with 9.8 emunand, downgraded browser. You just may have a bad browser cia

I am back again, injecting cheat code binlessly works fine but dumping to make my own cheat code is another story. In fact, It starts dumping the ram on the SD card. You can see the starting, ending address and current address showing at the bottom screen. At the end, it said " Dumping complete, Browser will crash now" but instead the 3DS got frozen for ever. Good thing is the dump is created perfectly but I need about 3 dumps in order to do a good value search with cheat engine unless they are static addresses as they stay the same as many time you launch the game again and again which I don't know if it is the case.
I am using the memdump.bin file and this link dukesrg.no-ip.org/3ds/rop?memdump.dat&FCRAM1.bin and also using this website http://www.qr-code-generator.com/ to QR code the link so I dont have to type it and can easy change dump file name easy that way. Well, I am lazy too but that shouldnt affect it for not working properly I think.
I am using all those with a gateway game or cia game on emunand 9.4, not original game card.

Any help would be appreciated

That's what my impression was? I mean, I have both an AR and a Power save, so I don't have an issue with backing up my game, trying to apply the codes and if something goes wrong just reapplying my save info to the cartridge.

The only issue is I cannot figure out what the silly 4 digit game ID is and the 8 digit HEX ID is for the game. :-/ That is the only thing stopping me from putting the codes from this thread into the device even just to TRY to see if the will work. I'd rather try and fail, than give up completely.

Main reason I was seriously hoping to get these to work, is because my mom is playing the game with me. She has MS and is mostly blind, and so sometimes seeing things gets real hard for her. Was hoping to make playing a lot easier for her to play. I'm willing to test it on my file and risk losing it if I have to cuz I'm only a season in...but I work an extra internship I took on and she is at home all day and is a full year in game ahead of me and she can only play a total of two games. (She pretty much 110% Animal crossing 3DS on 2 different cartridges...)

We did the "have max money" "have largest bag" and "have all blue prints" codes for her. I just really wish they had added something akin to what you guys have put in. (Even a code for have all accessory recipe, have all cookie recipe would have been nice for them to add to their power save...next logical step)

Anyway, sorry for my long stupid rant. I just try and do my best by her cuz honestly...how many 28 year old gals can say their 48 year old moms want to play video games with them, and get excited about it enough to post on gaming forums about it? (She has her own account on gamefaqs and everything lol)

Yeah, it works in gateway xD I dont know why i said that RAM stuff doesnt work in gatewaynand... Well shuffleshop.bin freeze in green screen, but all codes now work great. I think the first time rxTools come out gateway doesnt support ARCode, but now it works.

Don't think Action Replay DS work on 3DS games, can you even boot the 3DS game in the Action Replay slot?

4 digit game id is the last 4 digit from Game Serial
8 digit Hex ID id from Title ID minus the first 6 digits and last 2 digits
example: CTR-JR8A 000400000011C600

Ar ds is for ar games not 3ds there's no cheat cart for 3ds games just a save mod and I would avoid datel at all costs.

Editing a save for example majoras mask to be in day 4 which you can't get in game will just break your game, plus my past experience with their cheaply made products, if you write their hooky save data and it fucks up your cart is at risk of been fucked too.
