Homebrew Speedup GBA Emulators

Hello, Iv recently CF my N3DS and have been looking for a good GBA Emulator. iv have found a few but none that offer the same experience as some of the Android/PC where you can increase the speed that the game runs. Can some one please recommend one or let me know if there none?

Also if theirs any cool application or the like i should get?

the best in terms of functionality and Compatibility is mGBA (its better on the n3DS than the O3DS), outside that alot of games run better as an VC Inject.
