Hacking speed hack on EZ flash omega

Hello, i've seen that there is a turbo mode on the EZ flash omega which is even mentionned in the ingame menu, in fact i triggered it by accident while playing pokemon silver.

I've been looking for hours on how to activate the speed hack mod but i can't' find how.

If someone knows how to trigger it, it would be very much appreciated thanks !

NES, GB, GBC ROMS all have to be booted with clean boot but they have extra settings if you hold the L and R during gameplay. These options allow you to configure settings such as turbo, controller port (NES), display, save states, sleep, restart ROM, exit the ROM, and managing SRAM. ROMS of all four emulators run at full speed.
