i caught the red gyrados and when i go back to shore lance is not there? i beat 6 gyms. bought the rage candy bar
didnt get the red scale i couldnt get in to magohary gym(pryce) please help
and where can i download the offical pokemon soul silver abd gheart gold strategy guide

Maybe Lance was there and you forget. You try the team rocket thing first?

Enter all the building in the red gyrados town and see if there is any cut scenes.

You may have gotten a bad version, it rains at the Lake of Rage and Lance should be right next to the sign with his Dragonite after the Red Gyrados fight..

Theres a building in Mahogany Town with a satellite outside it.Go in and Lance should appear and reveal a secret passageway behind the bookcase. Problem solved

If he doesn't appear,either talk to the guy inside or examine the bookcase yourself
