Hacking Sorting on the iTouchDS?

I've run into a small problem when using the iTouchDS, it works great and all, but I've yet to figure out how its icons are ordered. A few neat little homebrew things require you to put a folder of its stuff on the root of your MicroSD card, and I've noticed it's not alphabetical xD

Has anyone been able to reorganize their iTouchDS?
