Gaming Sonic E3 2004 Beta working?

I was just watching some random video's on Youtube, when I came to this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCPgdrHKQA4...feature=related

This game was never brought out by SEGA, but I found a downloadlink for this demo/beta. kugh...google...kugh (I have it here, so please say if I can give the link or not)
The only problem is: it doesn't work on EZ Flash Vi nor R4 and NO$GBA. Anyone got this working? (I especcialy want to play it on EZ Flash Vi...)
