Does it have the European tracks? I don't much care for the American tracks (and I'm an American).
European tracks? There's only ever been the Japanese and American scores.

While the American score is excellent (sounds like vacation music), it just can't beat the original Japanese.

There are European copies of this game (no matter how hard you try to deny the existence of the Europeans they still exist)

You missed the point.

The music scores are either Japanese or American, there's no "European" score (this term would be a bit vague as it could be from any part of the European continent).

By the way, the U.S. score was composed by musicians of European ancestry, but that's a tad different than the point being done here.

It's still the soundtrack for the European version (I was also joking during that last half about denying the existence of Europeans btw)

The game requires a file from the steam version to run (anti piracy measure I guess) and since SEGA released sonic origins they took down sonic 1, 2, 3, and CD
Not just from Steam. I downloaded Sonic CD to my Android device, extracted its data.rsdk file, used in this Sonic CD Wii port, and it worked fine.

Now i can say this port it's so awesome, and worth trying, even if you have played the original Sonic CD, since it has widescreen support, soundtrack switcher (between US and JP), and more.

Actually, you could also (In theory), use the Origins Data.rsdk file, since it's compatible with the decomp too.

.rsdk files from Origins will result in no sound at all.

Tht's why i said IN THEORY

I know this hasn’t been very active in a while, but can you add mods (ex: CD Restored) to this?

This is great!
What does I need to have the intro video working? What is the last and best version of the game?
It would be great if they could add support for Classic Pro Controller and Gamecube controller. As a small bug, when you select EXIT GAME from the menu it resets the menú, but it doesn't exit the game.
Any possibillity of having Sonic The Hedgehog and Sonic The Hedgehog 2 working too?

Last edited by SieKensou,
what's exactly wrong with them?

Goodnight! Does not play, the game starts without opening, even the folder with the videos in the Data.rsdk file folder.

Ps. would you know where I can find the wad channel for sonic cd, sonic 1 and 2?

A little late but here is a forwarder channel for this if anyone is interested. Nothing spectacular but working nonetheless, not too shabby.
