I could easily fill pages with Covers from the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s.
Anyway, I like both versions, grew up listening to the Spanish version because didn't knew the original until recently, probably a year ago. Like I've said before, hispanoamerican musicians did a lot of terrible translations/conversions of English music, but in my opinion Spanish version stands out more than the English one. Might be nostalgia, I dunno.

With this cover is a sad backstory, Herman Brood was a failed rock & roll singer.
His life a full with (allot) woman, music and (also allot) drugs, when he was making music he used drugs to get the job done.
Was married till his death, but he cheating on his wife all the time. Some day they meet a little girl a orphan living on the streets. They Take her and take care off as they own daughter. During a interview in a train, he shot with a gun thru the window, later being sued because the farmer said that a cow is stressed by the gunshot. His sisters here
