Curious indeed. How are you setting your console in sleep mode?

Firmware and your burnt fuse count?
6.2 and i think i burned 9 fuses. My consolas was in 5.1 when i purchased. Then i did the upgrade trought the console and after that i did the nand backup.

Well, i dont know.. i'm going to check that.
What catch my attention even more is that when i installed 3gb nsp i did not happened. This just happened yesterday when i installed crash N sane trilogy and now after installing mario odyssey.

Firmware and fuse count look fine, you would get sleep mode problem if the fuse count and firmware is off.

yep i know is really weird. I mean this happens when i do this "I go tinfoil, install nsp, open the nsp, play a bit like 20 minutes to check everything is fine and after that i set sleep mode. Then when i want to play again after like 15 or 20 minutes after i set sleep mode i press the home button and it dont show anything like if my console was turn off. if i connect to the pc i dont recognized rcm like i said it is like the console is off. So i have to hold the power button like 15 seconds and then plug into pc and inject payload.

Perhap problem is your battery.

nope never. It is always above 20%. This didn't happened before.. when i was using a jig.

You can try to re-calibrate your battery in Hekate, not sure if that help, I also use AutoRCM on my hard modded one but I haven't ran into problem yet, I leave it plug in when not in use.

you mean the fix battery desync option? Can this damage my console or it is safe to use?

i'd stay away from autorcm. Plus it's much easier to boot into OFW when I need to.
now i desactivated autorcm. i will activate later if i wanted to install a lot of games constantly. But for now its ok with the games i have. I have a question. Do i need to inject always a payload to play .nsp on my swtich? I mean.. can i start normally in ofw and play the .nps of course without internet activated. Edit: I cant xd

you don't ever have to turn off switch to install new games. copy the nsp/xci files to hdd and then install using the sx installer. and with ftp i never have to remove sd card. so autorcm is more of a burden than anything else.
