1) Is the TWLNAND Partition the exact same across all 3DS/2DS Systems? (as in, are all the files the same?)
2) Does the TWLNAND Partition on the N3DSXL have more space, or no?
(I plan on getting a N3DSXL soon and want to know how to transfer Non-Legit DSiWare)

TWLN is region free. However. there are two LOG files (product and inspect) that are unique to each console. They don't appear to be needed for the functionality of the DSi mode but losing them means losing your baby's birth record.

Everything else is the same.

2) Does the TWLNAND Partition on the N3DSXL have more space, or no?
o3DS and n3DS all have:
  • TWLN - 150688256 (0x8FB5200) bytes
  • TWLP - 34301440 (0x20B6600) bytes
There are ways to resize the TWLN partition, but there's a high risk of severely soft bricking to hellhole. If you mess up, you can't fix this without a NTRboot flashcart, GodMode9, and your console's backed up SysNAND *.bin image.

Dang, but that guide doesn't tell me how to transfer without losing my DSiWare..
(also, the reason why I wanted to have a bigger TWLNAND was because I want to havemore DSiWare on it.)
You haven't read further below in the thread.

Forget about increasing the TWLN partition size. There's like one or two DSi specialist devs that have done it before. That topic is advanced level of hacker shit with no tutorial guides in how to do it. We're talking about rewriting MBR partition tables & parameters, resizing the RAW images of the CTRNAND, TWLN, and/or TWLP partitions, and reflashing all of those back to the NAND chip.

Edit - Nvm, I see you have found that info about DSiWare system transfer.
