Hi
I'm new to this whole ROM thing, so maybe this is more common than I think.
But, some of them don't work (e.g. spiderman3 [crashes],PES6 [says the DS game has been removed] and that Mario Basketball game[crashes]).
I've tried it with and without DMA mode.

Most of the crashing ones suck anyway, I just hope I don't have a broken DSTT.

I don't know about the other games, but Mario 3on3 (basketball game) works on my DSTT (Fat32. also, i formatted it to 64KB clusters, to make it a tiny bit faster)
Sandisk 8GB MicroSD Class 4.

all my other (~80) games works all perfect, including Both Castlevanias.

Are they clean (unmodified) roms, and do you have the latest firmware?

Firmware is 1.07
Dunno whether they're unmodified, how can I verify that?

how can I format it to 64KB? I can't choose anything but standard

its weird, I deleted the PES6 and Mario Basketball savegames, started again and now everything seems to run fine.

If you'r running Windows, go into RUN, then enter "diskmgmt.msc"
in that window, you can right click on the MicroSD card, and choose "format" and then choose from a list of Cluster sizes, etc.

The games mentioned works on my DSTT except Contra 4 but everyone already knows that you just have to rename the save file.

not everyone dude.... you rename the sav file, and contra 4 then works ?

so... you could copy the renamed sav file and contra 4 over to a micro card for any DSTT and the game will work ?

I thought this smiley was coooool...

hehehehehe

Yeah, just rename the *.SAV to *.sav and it works.

That's all about it. The capitals are the crucial part of the deal.
