as title says, i was away from the scene for a while, getting focused on my job...
so

i have some questions

1 - New 3ds have the emunand limitation yet (9.5?)?
2 - there is a safe way to update the New 3ds to a newer emunand?
3 - WTF ARE ALL THESE CUSTOM FIRMWARES?? some of these runs roms or cias?

1 - Still 9.5 Emunand for the N3DS
2 - Download the update with 3DNUS > Install with BigBlueMenu or Sysupdater.cia
3 - They're custom firmwares ReiNand for the N3DS; has Emunand support. Alternative to Gateway.

Games installed as .CIA. Only flashcarts are able to play .3ds / .3dz games.
