I hope he didn't brick, cause my blue light stays on without SD with delebile arm9loaderhax
Today bricks is caused by human errors, maybe de jump one step without know that he did it
Hopefully he isn't bricked and if he can boot directly into decrypt9 following your instruction he can do a restore

No, get one of the payloads inside the /aurei/payloads and change the name for arm9loaderhax.bin and put in the root of the SD
I am gonna try with all of them I will tell you.
Just need to let it boot auto ?
Nothing to do more ?

If he can boot directly into D9, so the arm9loaderhax.bin that he was using was a corrupt payload, he just need to download again

Yep, just autoboot

Nothing with default.bin let's continue

Nothing more with X.bin let's see the last one

Nop none of these did something, I think it's dead

Yeah. It's bricked or it just really looks like a brick. I wonder why though. The guide is basically unbrickable unless it's user error 99% of the time now. May have been a bad dump or something.

Edit: Mmm I guess there is one last test. ^

How clean was your Emunand when you downgraded it? Did you format it twice before downgrading? Are you using an O3DS or N3DS, and did you remember to unbrick in OTPHelper if N3DS (and not, if O3DS)?

Nothing ;/
It is dead, thanks for all guys

Well, send for a hardmod or do it yourself if you have the skills

Sorry about the 3DS :/

Can you tell me one more thing? Right-click on the 2.1/downgraded EmuNAND.bin (the one you flashed to SysNAND), select properties, and tell me the filesize, in bytes.

This one I think :

Wait a second-I'm not sure if this is the problem, but can someone else confirm this for me: Are RedNand and EmuNAND the same .bin, or is there a different formatting to them?

I suspect this person formatted their sd card for RedNand, dumped EmuNand, and flashed EmuNAND.bin to SysNand.

It's the same backup (It's not really the same, but E9 and D9 deal with it and make it work perfectly)

Give up guys, it is not really important.
I will see if I can hardmod it or I will throw this one.
Thanks for all the help you gave me you are cool !

Thanks for the confirmation, Gray_Jack.

This is really strange! Sorry to bug you OP, but I am really curious why the system bricked (I want to ensure the guide does not have any flawed areas, so this doesn't happen again.)

How many files are in your /updates/ folder? How much free space does your card have? Also, can we have a screenshot/printscreen of your SD root?
