My dad and mom have both buyd an iPhone 4S and they wanted to know if it is possible at the app store when downloading an aplication you need to enter a password and they wanted to know if the can turn that off, so how to do that? is it possible?

my dad also wanted to know if it is possible to jailbreak the iPhone 4s iOS v5.0.1

No to both. Pod2g is currently working on a jailbreak for 5.0.1 but only on the iPhone 4 and below. They're trying to hack the 4S, but with no success so far.

IIRC I remember reading a story that says pod2g has been able to have untethered jailbreak for iOS 5.0.1 for iphone 4s but it was too buggy for a public release.
