here is the deal i am lloking to build myself a new pc that can play games and handle multimedia easily
i need someones help to build a pc for 1500 dollars including speakers, os, and keyboard and mice and a set of good speakers
i want to run everything with amd and i want a crossfire setup the case i choose is an antec 900 so included that in your build

Don't need a monitor? For $1500, that is a very high end PC. Wait a couple of months for the 9800 series/Whatever ATI will pull out opf their ass comes out.

He is willing to pay $1500 for a new PC, I think it should last for a couple of years. My 550 can barely power my X2/1900 PC.

a) the core2duo's are way outperformed by quad core2's these days.
i'd get a Q9450 (due end of january)

b) depending on what size your monitor is, i'd either go for a HD3870 (seeing as you prefer ATi), a 8800GT (for low resolutions) or the G92 8800GTS512

c) 500W its easily enough. as long as its well branded and well specced.
