Hacking Some games work. some don't

Wii Music boots from USB loader GX but Mario Kart and WarioWare don't.
they give a black screen after loading the wrist-strap warning,
however Mkart en WWare do work when burnt to disk and loaded with neogamma loader,
any ideas? i need a cIOS rev#?
There must be a distinction in IOS's these games load with right?

i have 4.0E and using PAL games here,

rev 13b, rev9 and rev10 give the same issue :/

Isn't there some other version-line of cIOS's? Where do i get those?
