You really should learn how to read...
as there is a "read-me" file within the patch that clearly explains what to do...

Well you could try and find a prepatched version if you can't be bothered with that .net shit......

well, it's not that complicated, just creat a folder and extract de zip in there, put the unmodified rom in the same folder and then select the rom, drop it in the patcher icon and let the command windows do it's own work
