[solved] Bad Shoptemp support ?

    Hello,

    I've ordered the following from shoptemp
    * 1 x Quality DS Lite Replacement Case - Zelda
    * 2 x USB charging cable for DSi
    * 1 x Tri-Wing Screwdriver for Nintendo Products & More
    * 3 x Supercard DSTWO Card for Nintendo DS, DS Lite & DSi

    I wanted to add R4 to my order so I clicked the reorder button, but instead now I have a duplicate of my first with an R4 !

    This Isn't exactly cheap and I obviously fail to see the cancel button, so I contacted support and they are not replying. Having both orders marked as completed is really getting me scared, what the hell will I do with all those items ?? :/

    Anyone can help me out before its too late please ?? >

    you need to send a ticket then (in the support) telling them to cancle the order without the r4

    I already did that, I've waited almost 24hours with no luck !

    they have answered your ticket already, and they said it had been less than 24 hours.
    you dont have to create a topic on gbatemp for that, like its been stated before, the gbatemp forum is not a support forum!!
