Wii Preloader stuck

Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

I just finished fixing this wavebird controller but then this pad thing fell off. Im very new to soldering but im pretty sure this is bad does anyone know how to help me?
