I'm not gonna argue, there's nobody as experienced at never getting your meat wet as you, and if you say you prefer it that way who am I to say? Just saying it's not my thing, but you do you, you know?

    Restaurant near me closed and has reopened as the third pizza place it's been since I lived here, they got indian pizzas like butter chicken pizza, masala paneer, and chicken tikka pizza. Sooo excited to try those lol

    The secret ingredient is having a mixer for the dough and a special pizza oven for the pizza - honestly it makes it easy.
    trying to do it in a regular oven just isn't going to get you 100% there
    but of course cost is an issue for most people. I use the pizza oven twice a week so to me it's worth it

    A little pizza oven like an Ooni is possible but not really practical for me since I'm in an apartment. Would be a pain in the ass plus I gotta store it and what not
