Homebrew Question Software-update required

Hi I just switch from SX OS to Atmosphere. In the proces I accendentily installed 12.0.2 when nogc was still on.
At first I wasn't able to boot anything or use the gamecard at all.
So I've turned off nogc
Installed the latest sigpatches. Now I'm able to boot .nsp games.

I'm able to boot Gamecard but it keeps prompting me to download a software update. My switch is banned, so I cant.
With nogc off I tried to reinstall firmware 12.0.2 using daybreak. Which was succesfull.
However I still get prompted for the update.

A software update means there is a game update available. Simply update the game it is prompting for you.
