Then why are people telling us that it works...
No one told you to. In fact, if you read the first post, or even the first few pages, you would see everyone says wait til 0.9.5. and in 1st post it says NTSC is not working.

Now we need to explain how to go about using .app files in easy to understand terms. So here goes nothing.
You Must have preloader to do this.
Before installing your first customized menu you should read up on fs browser and use it to obtain your app file from the wii nand and put it somewhere safe. it can be found under title/00000001/00000002/content/0000042.app or 00000045.app.

Now to install Custom System Menus (damn that does abbreviate to CSM but this is not CSM!)
The app files will be stored as rar files for size and bandwidth concerns.
42.app files are for NTSC-U Consoles, 45.app files are for PAL Consoles.
If you rename the opposite region it will not work! Try it if you don't believe me.

In order to install the Custom System Menus once they are released simply follow these steps:
1. Download the app.rar for your region, again 42 is NTSC 45 is PAL
2. Extract the rar to the root of your SD card.
3.Go Into the HBC and run the Softmii Tweak Tool.
3.Select the appropriate file and press A. (Files will have short description after app in filename. NTSC Example: 00000042.appdaisy)
4.Reboot your wii. You must reboot your system. If you dont reboot your system will simply skip the health screen when you try to load the system menu.
Done.
To go back to your original system menu Simply follow steps 3 and 4 again but select the .apporigin for your region

Have fun everyone

big up digity and skarface just as much we've all worked like fuck to work this out lol

the precise way the images must be made is the hold back...but where gettin there....

once you have this installed with our app, you can then install any new health screen we release

and YOU MUST USE THE CORRECT REGION

Wait, so 0.9.5 is out?

Also, to re-enable health screen, I just change it in preloader, right? Or do I gotta update and redo the whole process and change it with starfall?
