Hacking softmii 2.1.1

so i'm following the official guide posted by softmii,
here: http://softmii.org/v2/downloads
but on one step, i'm supposed to install 000000042.app using Softmii NAND Browser (USA wii)

problem is that i can't find the file.
i went to title/00000001/00000002 and then there is no where to go

I also see on my HBC NAND Dumper not browser if that has anything to do with it...

I was also wondering if i could just go on with the installation without this, as it seems a bit troublesome
